Visit to Dayempur Farm (permaculture) in Anna, IL sometime in April. Stay tuned.

Potluck

While not strictly speaking a fieldtrip, we will have a semester kick-off potluck on January 23 during regular class hours. All students are required to attend.

Directions from Carbondale:
Take Route 13 West (towards Murphysboro).
Turn LEFT on Country Club Rd. This is a small and easy to miss street, especially after dark. If you pass Niemann's Flooring, you've gone too far. It's about a mile past the Kroger/CVS strip mall on the western edge of Carbondale.
Follow Country Club about a mile down to Lake St. This is a four-way stop sign. Proceed through the stop sign and turn left into the driveway of 5486 Country Club Rd. It's a small, blue house on the left (east) side of the street.
